CHECK-IN: To assist us in maintaining on-time service, please check-in one hour before your scheduled departure time. Warbelow’s reserves the right to cancel confirmed space of any passenger that fails to check-in at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. You will be required to show valid state or federal I.D.

CARRY-ON BAGGAGE & EXCESS BAGGAGE RATES: Carry-on baggage is only allowed in our Beechcraft 1900 bacause of limited space —the BE 199 is used for flight 400 and flight 420. Allowed baggage for our village destinations are as follows: 40 lbs allowed baggage forAnaktuvuk Pass (AKP), Bettles (BTT), Central (CEM) and Chalkyitsik (CIK).Click here for a chart of rates by village.

FLIGHT STATUS: You can check the status of any flight, track a flight or view estimated flight arrival online at www.Warbelows.com.

SCHEDULE LIABILITY: Warbelow’s assumes no liability for delays in flights due to weather conditions. Schedule is subject to change without notice.

SMOKING & DRINKING: FAA regulations prohibit smoking on any flight. Warbelow’s does not allow alcoholic beverages or intoxicated persons on any flight.

WEAPONS: All weapons, including firearms and pepper spray, must be checked at the ticket counter.

FARE MATCHING: If you find a lower price elsewhere, Warbelow's will match the fare and terms of our competitors pricing. If you find a fare available at a lower price, please call (907) 474-0518.

CHILD FARES: Children 2 to 10 years of age may travel at a reduced child fare when paying cash. Infants up to 2 years of age, not occupying a seat, travel free when accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 7 will not be allowed to travel without an adult escort.

SENIOR CITIZEN FARES: Passengers age 60 and older may travel at a reduced rate when paying cash.

LOCATION: We are located at 3758 University Avenue South on the East Ramp of the Fairbanks International Airport.

HOURS: The Guest Service counter is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 9 PM, Saturday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 12 NOON to 8 PM. The Freight desk is open Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM.
